Reviews and Ratings <br />
I had a wonderful experience overall at this hotel. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view of Lake Toya from our room, and the private onsen was perfect for our family. The buffet spread was excellent with a dedicated area for kids, but the bathroom left a lot to be desired—it's quite cramped and outdated. Although the staff were helpful, the dining area could use more attention during busy times. Overall, it’s a solid choice, just needs some updates.
The hotel overall provides a stunning view of Lake Toya and features excellent onsen facilities. The ambiance and service are commendable, but the smell of smoke from the designated area can be disruptive, and the room rates feel a bit high for some aspects.
Staying at this hotel was an incredible experience with its breathtaking views and luxurious amenities. The cleanliness and comfort really stood out, along with the unique rooftop onsen that made for a truly relaxing escape. However, the popularity of the hotel means you might face long lines during check-in and meal times, which can be a bit frustrating. Overall, it's a marvelous spot, but be prepared for its bustling nature.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely memorable, thanks to its breathtaking views and modern amenities. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms really stood out, and the buffet meals were plentiful and tasty. Nevertheless, the service during dinner could be improved, as it felt chaotic at times. Overall, it was a great experience at a fantastic location, with a minor drawback in the dining service.
The resort offers a stunning lakeside view, modern design, and delicious food, allowing for a relaxing atmosphere. However, the large bus-tour clientele can sometimes disrupt the experience, particularly in crowded areas like the buffet. Despite minor annoyances, the overall ambiance and facilities make it a worthwhile destination.
